Gains after a cut faster than noob-gains?

    Agree or disagree?

Also gains when starting a cycle after being off for a while are greater than noob gains in my opinion. New cycle + after a cut = much faster gains than noob gains, both strength and size but especially strength.

Possible. A lot of guys talk about a prime before a cycle (essentially carb cycling in my understanding).

A cut would be rather similar, lowered carb intake. Your receptors open up and really feed from the nutrients.

Maybe an increase in water weight from the glycogen?

I recently started a cycle after 2 years on only a trt dose. My cycle is only 500mg test. I'm getting the best gains I've ever gotten. I use to be an idiot and took much higher doses then need too. And I'm still getting better result. I will admit though I am much better at building muscle with diet alone then I use to be and I'm also on 4iu of HGH. So I think those two things alone with the big break is why I'm doing so well.

    The Prime

When I cut down to <7% and am completely depleted/exhausted my body is begging to be fed and to grow.

Be careful though because you can put on a ton of bad weight too if you don't keep it clean!

Some lazy/undedicated people like to refer to this growth period after doing a show 'metabolic damage'

It depends on what you mean by noob gains as they vary from person to person. Someones amazing "noob gains" they get when they start lifting and eating right when they start at 130 lbs and thy gain 20 lbs quickly it's because they're further away from their natural limit and their body wants to grow and has no problem with it...closer and closer you get to your natural limit the harder it will be to make gains...Whether it takes you 8 months or 3 years..

    The Prime explained before cycling..

Seems like a worthwhile protocol to go for. Interesting read no doubt.

I've always cut or primed for a cycle. This time though I'm going to add some compounds at the end of my cut, and delay the rebound a bit, or drop the compounds and try and maintain the smaller size.

As for better than noob gains? Depends on the person's noob gains and their cycle and everything else. I had tremendous noob gains, after I had been consistently lifting for a year and then learned how to eat, Gained a decent 30 lbs after the previous year only gaining 10 lbs. And did it in a fraction of the time. Hard to beat packing on lots of muscle naturally though. I went through a few different compounds last year that was pretty marvelous on my physique, but nothing is as dramatic of going from looking like a little kid to being considered muscular for the first time, although I did end up looking crazy last summer.

The body loves to be a little B**** and adapt. Can be good ,but in training and trying to grow ,no. Always change it up,whether diet, gear, foods even, training styles.
