    Sore after workouts?

    Are you guys/gals sore after every workout?

    I am just wondering sometime / most of the time I am. I don't really know if that's a good thing or not. I know some say if your not sore you didn't get a good workout in. There has been times I have felt like I have killed it and wasn't sore the next day.

    Just wondering thanks.

    When you talk about being sore after every workout, what kind of sore are you talking about? The kind of sore that feels like you haven't trained in a few months and just got back into it? Or the kind of sore where you feel like your body has accommodated more weight than you should have lifted?
    This may sound weird to you, but I use a variety of stretches for the muscles I train for at least half an hour directly after training. Hold each stretch for at least 45 seconds, this will allow your body to benefit the most from the movement. Other than that, I would say research a good post workout meal that will help your body dissipate the lactic acid in your muscles.
    What's your supplement intake like
    What kind of diet do you have
    and;
    how long have you been training for?

    Education is important... but being hooj is important'er.
