OnePlus one is a phone manufacture. Their first phone came with cyanogen mod and is a flagship killer for half the price. The second phone, OnePlus 2, is set to release this Monday however you can only buy the phone with an invite initially.

The site I saw looked more like a retail ebay/amazon wannabe with multiple electronic but maybe it was just their phone and accessories.
Personally I would not want to be the 1st to get any phone or electronics. I like to wait for revision 2 or 3 so some of the bugs are gone,.
