how does ejacuation affects athletic performance and muscle gains ? question
hi everybody,
i've been out of GYM for 1 year and half and now im trying to get muscly like before and it seems hard with my wife around.
is anybody has any studies or knows how does ejacuation affects overall gains and performance ?

As I am sure you will get mostly BS answers so I will tell you how this works. It can be found on almost any Wikipedia page but hey, when I get to chance to shine with my knowledge I'll take it. This is a fairly simple process in the body call reverse sperm induction that, very simplified pushes unused test directly into your muscles causing them to repair at a higher speed. The longer you are able to stay away from ejaculating the better. There is a chance, very slight but a chance that when if you ejaculate in your sleep your muscle, had it not had a chance to use that reversed sperm will deflate, but this happens very rarely. I know this has been talked about before. I read something quite interesting about this previously, but to be honest stop thinking about it. Like if your gains mean more to you than sex you might have a problem. If there is even any improvement, however minimal it may be, you likely won't notice it in the long run.

Just dont do it just before going to the gym and you will be fine.

Haha, when I competed in powerlifting I was 1/2 pound over at early weigh ins. Went back to my room with the wife for a quicky and made weight within 15 minutes.
So I'd say it helps.

Sperm contains lots of zinc.Zinc speeds up muscle building chemical reactions in our body and helps regulate hormone levels in our body,in one word it helps build the protein.
So if you can replace the lost amount through ejaculation,than it's fine i guess.

I have ejaculated before going to the gym, and will do it any time my wife is available. Whatever strength I have lost, is damn well worth it!
