I saw this too, on one of my health groups - I would point out the human body can endure lots of things for a finite period of time. Just because someone can build some muscle on a vegan diet (although I wonder if they have to graze 12 hours a day like a cow) doesn't mean that it's a long-term sustainable lifestyle. Personally my money would be on a crash and burn after some extended period of trying to build muscle and eat vegan.
