    i missed her sneak peaks on her legs (both times). hoping for a third, or maybe even a pm since i've been such a good boy this year.

    U fellas are sweet and kind. Awhhhh shucks.

    Legs are good, starting to lose some muscle tone. I am busy with a life issue which is keeping me off the boards and barely in gym. I started doing around the world workout if I can find an hour. No point working one group to exhaustion when I can only get in once a week on a good week.

    I miss my workouts. Miss you too I breeze thru Marcus's dungeon, living vicariously, but I sorely need to carve out girly time in gym. I my workouts.

    Girly, you still using the ECY stack or waiting for the return to the gym :/ - you started back up if im not mistaken - I read It in 'The Dungeon'!

    I needed 2 weeks off to refresh beta 2 receptors. I restarted at one dose per day bc the afterwork workout would accelerate the effects of dose 2. Without the workout, my mind can't turn off the ecy quickly enough for bed time.

    I fear I am losing muscle. Bah bye booty and I worked so hard to get that little bump.

    I am also leaning out so its prob not as bad as I think. My back ribs are now showing (and I like that). I would just rather be lifting while cutting. Nor am I prepared for next cycle. I couldn't cycle with all the crap going on around me. It wouldn't be a good combo.

    Leaning out is good - I'm sure the booty bump is there just more defined - which would look better w/out anything on lol -

    Sounds like stress is in the air... Sorry to hear! im sure you look great - and do you think that going back to the gym will help you(mentally - let that stress out - and obviously physically)?

    I hope you get in there and start tearin' it up - seemed you were happier when lifting b4 - but maybe didn't have as much real world stuff goin on

    Did assessment tonight. Booty could use some more size and tightening. Legs are lean. Probably leanest since joining community.

    I am only 2 lbs away from lowest low and another 9 lbs then to 15%. 11 pounds separates me from a major milestone goal.

    Wow. I have some work to do.
