    This is the best thing I've read re training and changing your plan up for the better without killing yourself with cardio. I always find cardio should be used as an addition rather than the main focus for weightloss imo

    Thank you for this.

    What really made me pay attention was how much my body wasn't responding to the constant cardio.

    Most every time I lift, my muscle feel "worked".

    I feeling healthier!
