If my kid was talking on her phone in class and refused to hang it up after the teacher, principal and LE asked her to. I would personally smack her ass and drag her out of the classroom.

A disrespectful kid has no place in my house. Nobody knows the whole story here so I won't side with anyone. Just saying, that girl has not had her ass smacked enough in her life.

On another note. The officer could of cleared the room to get rid of her audience and then calmly get her up and force her to leave. At that point, she would of either calmed down or forced an escalated response.

How about change the setting.
On the street and in a car not a class room and a chair.
LE called do to a disruption no matter what it was.
LE says you need to come with me. Girl says no and sits in her car and closes the door and just sits there.

He'd get fired for dereliction of duty. Further more open to law suits in civil court if she continues to disrupt and causes injury.

IMO this is happening far to often and mostly from social media pressure and has nothing to do with facts. I would not want to be a cop in this day and age.

I have kids..... Here's my view

Without knowing all the details: If a police officer was called to remove my kid from class..... She would have bigger problems at home than what happened. I wouldn't be mad that he "tried" to remove her IF she refused. I would however have a major issue with him throwing her across the room. That's 100% uncalled for.....
