The only common factor was where I injected. The glute.... Had to have gone through or partially in a vein.

I agree with Haz.
Out of countless injections I've only had this happen once.
It was with pharma Cyp & homebrew Tren A in the glute, the dreaded "tren cough" followed.
Worst part was I could feel the effects coming on halfway through the injection (i inject really slow)
Needless to say I starting pushing the plunger harder haha, awful. Glad it's only happened once!

BB doesn't cause issues. You could pin an entire of straight BB without consequence. BA on the other hand...
