I was talking the main sales guy at my gym. He says that the new year resolution trolls wait till the last second every year. 95% are gone after the first two months. And the true dedicated(4x a week for years) there are about 25-30 out of the whole gym database. This is a very large commercial LA Fitness.
Hey now... I like New Years resolutions. It keeps my gym open. A bunch of people sign up every year, show up for 2 weeks to a month and then they are gone. This helps my gym purchase new equipment and do maintenance on older equipment etc....
i say this every year, learn how to play a guitar!!!

I don't like new year's resolutions, so none for me. I work on being more thoughtful about my life and what I want and aiming myself in that direction all year (although I wax and wane in my success, being reflective about it all is a part of my everyday life instead of an annual occurrence).![]()
No resolution, just goals
No resolutions needed, just to get back into a rhythm again after taking a few weeks off during the holidays.
Not looking forward to the jerks I'll have to deal with in the gym during January![]()
Take steroids
get money.
i slam, don't you need money first?
They were two separate resolutions.
gear isn't all that expensive. At least not for my style of a cycle. I'm not all about running three grams of gear a week and 6 different compounds like some of these guys.
26 years old, sadly no goals for my self the year. The two things I wanted to accomplish in life are already complete a couple weeks ago. Just a matter now of floating on till the end.

On a real note - fvck, I dunno. 2015 Has gone very well, it def had its tough spots but everything turned out quite well.
In 2016 - possibly make a bigger career move. That's about it - after getting married last February things have fallen into place almost too well - almost.

Not to deploy again anytime soon.
I came up with a resolution I can actually stick to this year. I'm going to try to not take shit from anybody.
Two deployments in 3 years. My family needs a father and a husband. If duty calls I will go, but I don't need to prove anything to myself anymore. I'll let the young bucks get the medals and the glory for a while. Then if my country needs me again they can shake the dust off and send me back.
Glad to see you back around! Hope sexy is doing good!Originally Posted by Tigershark

tigershark. thank you for your service... and enjoy being a father and a husband, no doubt you've earned it.
my resolution is to be injury free in 2016.
Agree 100%, thanks for your service away and at the home front.
God I hate hearing that BS. No reason to stop covering things that work except because of $$$. They dont want to help/cure anyone. Insurance was bad enough before Obamacare but seems to keep getting worse, quickly.
Because I like you I will be out of character and not comment on the wife's surgery.
I'm sure it's always good when your spouse/parent returns from deployment. I can only imagine because I was to young to remember my dad being away.
