    Entertaining for sure, but I wouldn't give it much more than that. A lot of Rich's "ideas" aren't very practical to anyone who has to work or does anything besides lift, eat, cardio, and do drugs ALL mother ****in day. I mean I love the lifestyle. I really do, but he's excessive.

    Rich Piana, as much as ppl troll him, is a very genuine guy and acts the same way in person as in his videos. He also gives alot of genuine advice, so i enjoy watching all his videos. Some friends of mine have met him at the GNC in Porter Ranch and say hes very cool and you can talk to him and he gives you his time. We need more people like him in the industry, thats why i feel more ppl should support him by viewing his videos.

    I am watching it- yes.
    The guy needs to chill with the f-bomb man. I am far from a chior boy but he is ridiculous with the f word man. Literally every other word is fvck or fvcking....its to the point that it is annoying man. I would think if he watches his vids (and he must as he does his own editing) that it would stand out like a sore thumb and he would curb it a bit. Its so annoying I might just stop watching the damn series. Its getting on my nerves that much man! LOL

    Watch his videos about training LEEEEGGGGGSSS and the way he says "legs", it's lolz. On a 10 minute video he spends 8:30 making excuses because everyone gives him shit since he never trains legs, just calves since he always has basketball shorts on.

    Literally just started watching two days ago. He's def entertaining and brings some real genuine honesty to the table. The f bomb doesn't bother me unless my kid is present, which is always, so I have to turn it off. Which is ironic cos I dropped the f bomb like crazy, until she was born lol
