Chicken
Try turkey. And if u don't have a crock pot, I would get one. U can make your chicken into some pritty crazy good flavors
Use different seasonings. I been eating chicken every day for years
Somehow, I relate to every post so far.
I rout a serious dent in the chicken population over the years lol
Lol, I put away 4 chicken breasts per day on average.....just saying every now and then can't help but stare at it with contempt before eating it. For some reason I never get tired of eggs though, I eat them every day and still look forward to breakfast each morning.
There are times that I walk around with a mouthful of chewed up, micro-pulverized chicken for three or so minutes because my body just won't swallow it.
Also helped me when I stopped eating just chicken breasts. Chop the breast up and cut up a avacado. Mix it up and eat it. Completely different taste and texture from a simple breast. Put it in a salad. Taco meat kinda deal or chicken fajita. (Hold the shell)
U just have to experiment with it
Try chicken thighs.
Much tastier.
This thread inspired me to change up my afternoon snack a bit today. Instead of the usual (2 grilled chicken breast), I did one grilled chicken breast, 6 sautéed jumbo shrimp, served over a bed of romaine with avocado and lemon juice. It was actually pretty tasty.
I get sick of chicken too, so i try to get fish as well as eggs and oats and cut the chicken down a bit,
fkin sick of chewing chicken lol im tempted to blend my chicken breasts up and just drink the bastards
I hate chicken breast at all times, it's just tasteless and boring, preparing it everyday actually makes me depressed so I try not to eat it all the time. I'll just eat more eggs lean pork or beef instead.
Yeah it's rare that I don't eat chicken. Breakfast and lunch usually. Mix it up, try salmon and turkey.
Ground chicken is a nice alternative..... Along with thighs. Chicken breast can be really good if you cook it correctly. When perfectly done it's a juice cut of meat. Most people over cook it and end up chewing every bite for 5 minutes.
BBQ sauce makes everything better.
I am guilty of over cooking. It only takes a few minutes of inattentiveness for chicken jerky. lol.Quote:

10 egg whites, rice and same ****in fish - fml
No. not tired.
If money was not an issues, I would focus on sea food as a primary source of protein. But, thanks to reality - this is not an option.
I cut down on my chicken eating & try my best to gather protein from various sources. But, by myself I still take down a 5Lb. flat per week or so.
Fvck chicken, poor man's solution to large amounts of protein.
Beef. Hard to beat beef.... All day long baby!!
Wake up beef... Take a nap, beef... Go back to sleep, beef!!! Can't go wrong..........
Money permitting
Agreed. Cook a bunch of breasts and the next time it's thighs. Been pan frying my ckn breasts lately. Cut into bite size pieces, season to taste and cook on medium head for about 15 minutes. Good way to go...

Yes, sir. I've never complained "No, not beef AGAIN!"
Also: nonfat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. What a simple and compact pro/carb meal! I do experience a little bloating but it is offset by the space it saves in my stomach. I know that many of you avoid fruit like the HIV virus but it's so easy to add variety to the cottage cheese/yogurt mix with a few berries or pineapple chunks.
Say it's not true.
Ditto on the Greek yogurt, excellent source of protein. I often mix a scoop of whey protein into a cup of plain Greek yogurt as a snack that gets in a quick 45-50 grams protein.
I'm in no way saying beef is bad, but too much of a good thing is still too much. I pretty much boycotted chicken for almost 2 months recently and was eating steak twice a day(rib eyes and NY strip, delicious but fatty). Maybe it was all in my head, but I was starting to feel a bit off (tired more, generally a little blah). I decided I may have overdone it on the red meat and switched back to mostly chicken and fish and I definitely feel better overall. I'm limiting steak to once or twice a week now.
