Im not calling you out bro, but for an argue, what does Rich say which you find hard to agree on? I think 99% of his statements sound logic and interesting. The 5-6 suggestions from Rich i tried all worked real good. Like getting swollen outquads from supernarrow hacks, supertries from 40 reps and down, pumping side laterals everyday before bed, dropping the powder gainers, protein is overrated, carbs are gold, better traps from supernarrow shrugs etc...yeah..and the best, leaning back when doing the shoulder rear head. You loose 80% of strength but it elliminates the back and the rears really grow.
