Yeah for sure. I'm going to see how mine drives it first though. I know the real rating is nothing near what is stated but supposedly even 400w runs this speaker decently. Mine is Boss phantom 3700w. Nothing like a high end JL but it might work?

Boss aren't too bad but yeh budget enough.

Jl are good but their amps are a big meh tbh. If you can find Rainbow second hand go forth and buy much nicer and better built than jl. If you find any for sale just throw up the link here and ill give you advice if you like
