Package Seized

I believe my package has been seized as it has been at LAX ISC since Christmas day. I haven't gotten a seizure letter or anything yet, but I was wondering is my address now flagged? If so, for how long? Thanks.

I've had one there for a while too. Seizure letter takes up to 6 months sometimes.

If you're worried about anything serious, don't sign for it and refuse the package. You can't be charged with anything that way. Just for future reference.

Just do like I do if I have to sign for anything sketchy:
Answer the door and go "What's this? OH, this must be that package that my friend, NACH3, ordered and had shipped here for some reason; I'll make sure he gets it."

It is marked, and you shouldn't try to get anything through for a while. Not 100% sure how long they have you flagged for.

This is the first time I have had vials seized. I wonder why they have a higher seizure rate. You would think the powder would be easier to smell out.

Dogs aren't trained to sniff out powders, and bags of powder can be labeled as anything.
Vials are pretty ****ing obvious, even to a customs agent.

Says it's in sort facility then it's just backed up.

Goggle what that means on tracking. People have had their packages in sort facilities for weeks-months. Even lost.

Tracking only.updates when it's scanned.

Next thing u will.know it will be at your door.

Do u have to sign for it or no?

this is exactly why. you label a powder as "titanium dioxide" or some crap and just write the description as "white oderless powder"

They would have to rip everything open and do extensive chemical testing to prove it's illegal. Hell, label it as glutamine or BCAA's. Customs can't be bothered to test it. Vials.......they're just obvious.

One of my friends used to goto clubs a lot in NYC. He didn't sell any drugs but he knew what those people were taking to he brought vitamin c pills to the club. As dumb as it sounds.... He made a killing. Just as much as the illegal shit but what he was selling was an over the counter supplement. He never claimed it to be anything other than vitamin c. The vitamin helps absorbtion/uptake and he'd sell 2-300 of them a night at a few dollars each.

Well.... An undercover inside the club arrested him one night. He explained what it was and they refused to believe it. After all.... Who would? Lol

They took him in and he was held for over a week while the pills were tested. It came back as vitamin c Ofcoarse and they let him go. He walked outa there thinking he got over on them but his dumbass sat there that long lol.

Now regarding the powders...... I'm sure if they caught a white powder coming in they would do a simple chemical reagent test. Some drugs turn blue, some green, etc. a raw steroid powder wouldn't or shouldn't give off anything for the standard tests. I would think they would only send it out for lab testing upon failing the field test if it came from an area known for shipping raw steroid powders. It also may depend on who inspects it and what they have or have not seen?

Yes. Sorting facilities get backed up especially the one in NY. I had a package arrive in Early February. It didnot arrive to my place until early May. The NY facility is notorious for delays in overseas shipments. It's like they take a break from the holiday season and nothing moves for months. I had the tracking number and stopped by the shipping provider. They kept telling me it hadn't cleared customs in Europe. Europe telling me it was in US at NY

Don't panic...yet!
