    good brother I'm 7 weeks into a tren blast and loving every minute of it. The gains seem like there coming similar to my first cycle. What cycle blast are you planning? What compounds?

    Good day at the gym today. Hit my back. Rows and more rows. Also threw in farmers walk for traps. Any of yall familiar with them? If so how long do you do them for. This is my first time trying them. Felt pretty darn good.

    farmers walk? Can you be more descriptive? I usually do db and Bb shrugs for traps along with upright rows. I also do them on my shoulder day that way my back is more focused on lats and rows for thickness

    Just test bro. I have a "bank" of pharma set back from trt, so should be super smooth. Glad to hear your tren blast is turning out so productive! Feels awesome when everything is clicking just right!

    Farmers walk is when you put heavy dumbells in each hand and just walk haha. Keeps constant tension on traps and helps grip strength. I heard their great to do to build traps. Also I'm including rack pulls above knee for traps. Traditional shrugs don't cut it for me. My traps don't grow very well.

    Kettle side/front laterals w/ Shrug supers
    Rope face pulls
    D-handle face pulls
    Machine presses
    Seated bent over fly's

    Thats it

    About to cook up a porter house with flounder......cant wait!

    As a super set to farmers would work well perhaps? I like to super set my shoulders, get sick pumps, but with a different movement then I started with.

    I hear ya man. Most people working out when I get to the gym look at me like I'm nuts when I start cranking through the super sets and giant sets. That's when I know, looking for a workout partner is a futile attempt.

    Best workout ever!!!! Ok maybe not but best in a long time. I figured out that I can press heavy but low reps, one plate for 15 hurts like hell. So Im going to stick with push ups for rep work at home and just heavy no mre then 3 rep in the gym. I left the gym very happy.

    Hammer strength machine high seat for lower chest
    Flat bench
    Db's palms in flat
    Incline Smith close grip

    Abs


    It was a good day, going shopping, aquarium shops and 5 guys burgers.......fuk ya!!

    Enjoy!!

    Being on the tren run makes it nice cause I can't really eat enough. It doesn't really matter what I eat within reason my body is just burning it with no issue!!!!
