Fellas! So leg day well except for my wife being very down because she can't train. It kinda took some of the life out of my workout. I only squatted because I didn't want to be to tired for work today. I did some 6 rep warm ups and the 3 sets of triples. They felt good but my concentration wasn't 100% because of my wife. Next time will be better.

Descent leg workout. Interrupted a few times by a couple guys in there I know. I was critiqued on my squats by some #%@*×) £$. I may have listened to him if he had somewhat of a physique. I don't think he likes me anymore after my response. Eating 40 Oz chicken, 2 scoops whey, 2 servings mixed berries. Hope everyone is having a great day.

3 sets single leg, leg extensions
3 sets standing calf raises
3 sets seated leg curls
3 sets seated calf raises
30 min - off to work
Will be doing chest at lunch...if my damn phone doesn't ring off the hook like it did yesterday.

Very good point. Oddly enough, I was considering this today. I did 2 light weight warm ups and one a little heavier. I managed to dislocate both of my shoulders, way back when, and my bench suffers horribly for it. Even after I start my working sets, it's about halfway through the first exercise before I begin feeling good, as far as shoulders go.
