    explain this one? are you putting your back against the wall in a sitting position and holding yourself up with one leg?

    Fellas! So leg day well except for my wife being very down because she can't train. It kinda took some of the life out of my workout. I only squatted because I didn't want to be to tired for work today. I did some 6 rep warm ups and the 3 sets of triples. They felt good but my concentration wasn't 100% because of my wife. Next time will be better.

    Descent leg workout. Interrupted a few times by a couple guys in there I know. I was critiqued on my squats by some #%@*×) £$. I may have listened to him if he had somewhat of a physique. I don't think he likes me anymore after my response. Eating 40 Oz chicken, 2 scoops whey, 2 servings mixed berries. Hope everyone is having a great day.

    Finishing up make-up workout from yesterday.

    3 sets squats
    3 sets single leg, leg extensions
    3 sets standing calf raises
    3 sets seated leg curls
    3 sets seated calf raises

    30 min - off to work

    Will be doing chest at lunch...if my damn phone doesn't ring off the hook like it did yesterday.

    Off day today. 2 servings cottage cheese. Farmers walks from yesterday have my traps on FIRE!!!! Hands down my new favorite workout. Give them a try guys. You may enjoy them.

    Super set incline DB press w/ incline hammer strength press for 3 sets

    Giant set pec deck, seated branch press and cable flies for 3 sets.

    8 oz pork loin w/ half cup cottage cheese.

    How many sets does it take you to feel good benching, I like to get a few exercises in before I bench to make sure theres plenty of blood in the shoulders and they are loose........

    Very good point. Oddly enough, I was considering this today. I did 2 light weight warm ups and one a little heavier. I managed to dislocate both of my shoulders, way back when, and my bench suffers horribly for it. Even after I start my working sets, it's about halfway through the first exercise before I begin feeling good, as far as shoulders go.
