    Good morning all. Feeling much better today but decided to take one more day for rest/recovery. Night before last only had ~ 3 hrs sleep and still feeling the effects.

    Sorry haven't been around, another push at work for the 4th. Had the best chest workout again, each one gets better which makes me so happy. Benching was ok, I could have warmed up a little more but it is what it is. Db's went very well, I haven't felt strong or had any quality pushes in a long time. Very encouraging, I'm looking forward to the next workout

    Hit legs today, on 4th week on Test E, the strength i gained during this last few weeks is insane. For the first time i did 420kg+ leg press (I know its not alot but its a breakpoint for me, wich makes me uber happy and wanted to share!).

    Legs feel like they were beaten with baseball bats from yesterday's workout. Had to take a rest day! Not looking forward to tomorrow as the 2nd day after leg day is the worse for me.
    7 eggs, oats, fruit for dinner. Tomorrow is shoulders and triceps.

    Good morning. Getting ready for a big leg workout tonight. I cleaned up my diet because I'm pretty happy with what size I just put back on after my time off but I slipped in a bagel egg sandwich for some extra calories. I have a massage appointment tomorrow morning for a good start to my 4 day weekend. Have a good day, big weekend coming up!

    Had a massage yesterday. Best hour of my month. Have a chiro appointment this afternoon. Mobility is a great thing!

    Because I'm gonna be out of town I hit two muscle groups today. Arms and back it was intense after watching some of Dexter jacksons you tube videos I got some new ideas for blast arms.

    Started with preacher hammer strength curls 5x12 super setting tris

    Cable seated incline skull crushers 5x15

    Hammer strength seated tri push downs 5x12

    Db curls 5x12

    Incline db tri extensions... These were awesome

    21's

    Close grip seated pull downs

    Wide grip lay pull downs

    Seated rows

    Bent over rows

    Lower back extensions

    Really looking forward to mimicking his shoulder training. No cardio today had to get on the road for softball

    Yeah they are great at my gym we have a Seated over head tri extension machine. It is just like ding skull crushers but just hadn't tried it before. I Ben watching lots of YouTube on my smart tv getting new lifting ideas. Starting to think I don't even need cable tv anymore. I have satellite but same thing
