Chest working this morning was killer I am starving. Next meal is going to be tri tip mashed potato and some garlic bread with green beans. Nice calorie intake for growth
Drove an hour to the gym today only to find out they close at 3 on Sundays. Missed chest and bi's. Kind of pissed. No other gyms worth a d@?# around here.

I'd love to have two memberships man, but money doesn't allow for that right now and have a kid on the way! Anytime fitness is 3 minutes away from the house but they have nothing in there!!

You know what? I have trained there before when nothing else is open. No way would I train there as a main gym but in a pinch there is enough to get buy. They don't want guys like us there. My favorite machine there is the seat d tri push downs. They have enough stuff to train arms there. Chest and legs would be tough you would just have to do high reps
