    What's up fellas. Lost 2 lbs this week and plan on putting on 5 more this 4th of July weekend lol. Had an awesome back session today. Felt super strong today.

    5x5 Deadlifts

    3x8 BB bent over rows

    4x8 wide grip pulls

    4x12 seated close grip pulls

    3x12 close grip pull downs

    Drove an hour to the gym today only to find out they close at 3 on Sundays. Missed chest and bi's. Kind of pissed. No other gyms worth a d@?# around here.

    Ouch that sucks I would be pissed. I been considering holding a membership at like snap or anytime fitness that way you don't have to worry about the hours on holiday weeks!!!

    I'd love to have two memberships man, but money doesn't allow for that right now and have a kid on the way! Anytime fitness is 3 minutes away from the house but they have nothing in there!!

    I have two gym memberships for just that reason. One is a 24hr/365 day a year gym so I always have an option.

    You know what? I have trained there before when nothing else is open. No way would I train there as a main gym but in a pinch there is enough to get buy. They don't want guys like us there. My favorite machine there is the seat d tri push downs. They have enough stuff to train arms there. Chest and legs would be tough you would just have to do high reps

    We have one coming to town later this year. Hoping it thins out the socializing workout crowd out of our gym.

    I just ignore the ones there socializing. I keep my headphones on and load. I don't make eye contact and if they approach me I say there interrupting my working. Talk to me on the treadmill

    That's baller! I do everything you mentioned, except I've never told anyone they were interrupting me. Fortunately, the gym I use on a daily basis has hardly anyone in there when I usually workout on my lunch break.
