    Yeah and I am just to the point that I don't think my shoulders need the heavy press movement on shoulder day anymore. Like you just said my shoulder day is more about exhausting and shaping the muscle. The front delts get plenty of heavy movement on my incline press day

    Love em too tbh. I think I am the same just need to add shape to my shoulders and a bit more rear delt and ill be gtg.

    reverse peck deck and reverse flies brother are great for rear delts

    I like rev flys on the cable too! It helps me get more ROM than on rev pec dec...that's just due to my injury tho

    10oz ground beef, 265g sweet potato, 1.5c Jasmine rice - yep carbing up lol

    Backswitched it up a lil

    Stretching RC ex's abs more walking

    Double DB bent over rows**new weight**
    3 warm up sets 2 feelers
    1w(90s) hit 10(counted as warm up) 30sec rest
    1w(90s) 6+ drop 4 drop(same weight) 3 +RP/1 maybe

    One arm DB rowshad to burn out first w/a couple warm ups
    1w DD+RP

    Seated CG rows
    1w drop +RP+RP+RP fvking brutal and blasted

    Straight arm pulldowns S/S'd w/rev flys
    3w higher end reps

    Seated long bar rows
    2w drop -- I was torched by the time I got here

    weighted Hypers w/EZ bar(70) and threw in some rear delt work
    3w each - higher end reps

    Weights done in 48min I was breathing heavy by the end - great session today...

    Yes you really can(I'm not a high rep guy but I'm thinking if I do the DB bent overs, next time I may burn out with underhand grip BB bent overs - just a lil lighter than normal really focusing on that peak contraction squeeze)

    I felt sick the past 2 back sessions too! Lol

    Yes they are.

    Here is on my buds English stafford (Gucci) and a blue chihuahua (Neptune). They are both pretty old. I can remember when Neptune was a puppy, he fit in the palm of my hand!
