3 sets leg extensions super set with front squats
4 sets seated calf raises
4 sets side lying leg curls.

Protein shake trained back and shoulders today. Heavy on back and light movements for shoulders to just keep them loose. Shoulders felt really good today after warming them up

3 sets wide grip lat pulls super set w/ hammer strength rows
3 sets bent over rows super set w/ narrow, reverse grip lat pulls
3 sets seated machine rows
