I kinda cheated last night... I had chicken cooked - I shredded it, all the fixings(veggies you want), lil salsa, cheese, soft or hard corn tortilla - & if I'm feeling spry I'll throw in some sour cream/& guacamole (which I did) but it was smothered in cheesehit the spot - I'm getting out the real recipe later I'll post it up

Since switching to ground beef I've been holding my weight much better(& the 12-15 eggs a day) Was up to 213 last night! Started at 198 about 6wks ago - may run for another 2wks(the extra rest is certainly helping)

The eating becomes routine. It's necessary to get to where you want to eat. I've been eating 6-7 meals and a shake a day for the last 3 years. Gotta do what we gotta do. If anyone if interested in what MY day looks like routinely, don't be afraid to ask.
