Welcome back my friend
Had my normal breakfast today with ore workout. Hit the gym about 545 this and had an incredible back workout. I am nice and feel but still pretty lean. It’s nice getting past that shoulder injury. I am really enjoying this cycle. Whenever I get a good cycle going I have tons of energy and just do not require as much sleep. Planning to just rest and eat the rest of the day

Glad to hear the shoulder issue has resolved! Injury rehab is definitely a cause for celebration. Are you still on low dose deca ?

Had to travel yesterday for a regional manager meeting. 1 hour each way so I didn’t get home till late. No workout yesterday hopefully I can get in after work today: my energy and mood are great. Went to bed about 830 and woke up at 415 ready to go.

Reversed the machine to do tri extensions
Seated dB curls
Behind the neck presses
Each set was 12-15 reps and did 5 sets each lift for a total of 25 sets for bi’s and 15 for tris

This morning:

Extreme Lifestyle with Bio
Just had a ham/cheese omelette. Had the rare occasion to sleep late this morning. In fact, I slept until 10! I couldn’t tell you the last time I did that. I think my back workout yesterday really wore me out. I forgot to add 3 sets of bend over rows to my list yesterday too. In any case, the extra rest was really nice. I firmly believe that’s the single most overlooked component of our overall training schemes that we neglect. I know I’m guilty for sure.
