Kept a pretty brisk tempo going and got a board line uncomfortable pump. Legs are really filled up with blood.

You have me on that Dave’s killer bread as well. I get the 60cal a slice but may switch to the 45 cal slice to cut some cals some. It’s very similar to Ezekiel bread. This morning after fasted cardio, had 2 sliced with a turkey sausage patty and an egg.
