    Back at it today. Leg is still raw but definitely healing.

    Chest:

    4 sets flat bench bb

    4 sets incline bench db

    Super set:
    3 sets each; incline hammer strength press w/ cable flies

    2 sets dips.

    Ran outta gas on the dips. Lol.
