Shoulders:
3 sets single arm lateral raises super set w/ 3 sets machine press
3 sets front db raises super set w/ 3 sets bent over flies
3 sets bb shoulder press
1 set hammer strength press super set w/ 1 set machine press
Left shoulder started to argue on that last set so decided to play it conservatively and back off.

Trained arms today. I went and got a soft elbow brace that tightens above and below my left elbow. Boy that helped a lot!!

Just had in and out cause we are on the road. It’s cheap but really that’s about it. The food quality was just ok nothing to brag about. I doubt I would go back with so many other better options
