Shoulders:
3 sets single arm lateral raises super set w/ 3 sets machine press
3 sets front db raises super set w/ 3 sets bent over flies
3 sets bb shoulder press
1 set hammer strength press super set w/ 1 set machine press
Left shoulder started to argue on that last set so decided to play it conservatively and back off.

No workout yesterday. Had a massage. I really needed that down time too. It still amazes me how much massage helps.
