    Shoulders:

    3 sets single arm lateral raises super set w/ 3 sets machine press

    3 sets front db raises super set w/ 3 sets bent over flies

    3 sets bb shoulder press

    1 set hammer strength press super set w/ 1 set machine press

    Left shoulder started to argue on that last set so decided to play it conservatively and back off.

    She chose not to. Her high school Coach isn't good and with playing Club Soccer Varsity Hogh School Soccer and Varsity Track there just is no extra time. I need to retire just to keep up

    Just had in and out cause we are on the road. It’s cheap but really that’s about it. The food quality was just ok nothing to brag about. I doubt I would go back with so many other better options

    Typical calf movements.

    Also did some light, high volume tricep work.

    No workout yesterday. Had a massage. I really needed that down time too. It still amazes me how much massage helps.
