Tried to train chest today but the right shoulder was a little grumpy. Managed to crank out 4 good sets of db incline press and 2 sets of flat bench db press before it got aggravated. Rested about 15 min and managed to work in some moderate cable flies. Decided to call it quits and not risk injuring something in the middle of this blast.

No presses today due to some aggravation yesterday while working chest.

4 super sets of cable upright rows & reverse pec deck
4 super sets of stiff leg deadlifts & leg curls
Also worked in a number of sets of seated calf raises. Didn’t bother counting, as I continued until I physically couldn’t do anymore.

4 sets reverse grip cable extensions w/ ez bar handle.
My arms were totally trashed. Beginning the 2 month of my blast. Will start working out 7 days a week for the month of July. Typical workout routine just isn’t cutting it. Volume and weight going up. I feel as if I have a great opportunity to make some significant gains with this blast...just gotta make sure I play it smart.
Can’t seem to find enough food these days. Lol.
