Tried to train chest today but ended up pulling a muscle in my mid thoracic area. Thankful it’s calmed down down. Foam rolled when I got home from work and that always helps.
Did manage to get 4 sets of incline bb bench, last set dropped x3, and 4 sets flat bb bench and actually had a really good pump for such a small amount of work.

With age comes experience, hopefully. Actually didn’t have much choice but to stop. I couldn’t even take a deep breath. But yes, you’re correct. If more people would learn to just slow down a tad and not “push through the pain,” they would be so much better off in the long run.
