The lines and 3D of his shoulders are perfect in my mind. He isnt an enormous mass monster like olympiads but his shoulders...
Between you and bg it pretty much explained the entire routine he does. I try but I cant handle the volume this guy does. I have to wuss out and elevate my arms against a wall to relieve the pain

I didn’t get through 1/2 that damn shoulder workout. When I say the shoulders are exausted that is an understatement.
Shit and the weight was super light.

Incline hammer strength press 5x10
Incline cable press inside grip palms facing 5x12
Incline me cable flys 5x15
Pec deck 5x10
Finished off with pullovers 5x15
