    Just wondering how much protein from powder is too much in a day? Also do ya'll even worry with taking creatine during a cycle?

    It depends on your goals. I’m trying to lean out a little that’s why I added the protein drink and fruit to meal two. Normally o wouldn’t have any protein powder and get all my calories from real whole food.

    I'm bulking and sometimes it seems hard for me to get everything I need from real food so I drink a lot of protein. I just didn't know how much was too much in a day as far as protein drinks.

    The least amount is preferred but when push comes to shove drink them if you need the calories
