    Do you cook all your meals? I work on the road so I spend more money on food. I just went to Wal-Mart after working out and bought a chicken to eat. It sucks being on the road. Most of the time I'm in a certain town where I can leave my gear at a safe place but occasionally I have to drive with it. Just sucks period being on the road.

    I meal prep all my food for the week on my days off. That way it’s ready to go. If I was on the road I would just prep things I could eat cold.
