Good to see you got some rest brother. I am going to try to get to bed early tonight as well. Have to rest as hard or harder then we train

that brings up a good point.... Rest! I've noticed over the years I've developed sleep apnea it seems and I can definitely tell it's effecting my sleep(have sleep study scheduled btw) so, with being said, I never hear anything about that in the community here! I mean as important as sleep and rest is to our training why don't I see this on the board! Sorry to digress

I have seen some posts about it and its more common then most people think. I wake often during sleep but can usually go right back to sleep. Almost every 1.5-2 hours I will wake up and then go back to sleep. It's pretty rough but for me its been that way for probably the last 15 years or so. I try to get some extra sleep in on my days off

    Very true!

@bsh - I've noticed since running gear - my throat(esophagal wall) is 'thicker' so it seems... I catch myself almost 'snoring'(like Sound) when I breath in hard ... Idk how else to explain it but it's not often but is quite weird

[QUOTE="Bio-Active;7162145"] Almost every 1.5-2 hours I will wake up and then go back to sleep. /QUOTE] wow! That's something U should look into also bro!

I was talking to some friends lost story short, one of em blurred "You got sleep apnea".... I was shocked'. I ask why he said that and he replied "bc I had all the same symptoms ur talking bout"... He later told me that getting on a mech was the best thing he ever did and that was enough to make me schedule a study.... Just food for thought

only after starting semorelin... Idk what's the deal, lol, but that stuff puts me into a DEEP sleep and yes very vivid dreams! But the root cause is not being addressed... I used to get woke up by my ex, gf, both say I'm snoring and gasping for air! Idk this, I'm asleep! but I've been told by friends also! So, I'm really excited to find out what's going on!

I must ad not I was heavier back then and drank alcohol regularly and diet was sh@t.... I'm sure those didn't help

I used to so that's weird(I may have like 1-2 if I do) since we last posted about that - I've pretty much stopped! But it's inly been happening within the past yr or so(and at most then I was smoking maybe 4 a day)... Plus smoking causes a a host of problems lol - hence me stopping now...

i thought this would be the best place to share my dream (pretty extreme and fvcking wierd)

i had a dream last night that me and my partner had our second child.
we were rushed into hospital via ambulance.
she gave birth to 6 boiled eggs and we had to sit and peel the shells off, 5 eggs had a dry yolk and 1 egg had a runny yolk, this was our child! the nurse said congratulations, its a boy and hes really healthy.

then i woke up like WTF??!

Looks like the strongman wants to see that as well I'll be doing a cut(carb cycling and repriming etc) or utilizing the cut as a prime(assuming my glycogen stores are at a minimum)

I'll let him answer this too... I'm pretty sure he just makes sure his macros are being hit ed... Not so much calories as he could take in more and still get the same results(that's just my take on what I see) I could be wrong... But he weighs everything and meets his P/C/Fs so as long as that Is being done he can and will make small tweaks to get him where he needs to be... It's a slow(ish) process but it's a marathon not a sprint!

Again just my .02 and I can be wrong
