I have today and tomorrow left of my vacation so i decided not to train today. Just gonna kick back and rest. Woke up at 4 am had breakfast 8 white 2 yolk 2 slices Dave's killer bread and Oj. Went back tobed for about 2 hours.
Woke and had a Redline and a Quest bar. Cooking meal prep for the week now.
