I don't believe in doing a tdee. If your eating the same amount of food and measuring it day then you know exactly what it takes to make your body run right. Everything I eat is weighed to the exact amount that I need for each meal. It makes it easy if I want to gain I eat more. If I want to cut I reduce the food and always weigh it out.
