    I never do an all out bulk as in eating dirty food. When i am bulking i just eat more. This cut is going to be pretty sweet with my favorite compounds

    In my 20s and early 30s I was all about it, as well as ephedrine (back when it was easy to get). Mid/late 30s I started getting really jittery and nervous on some kinds, and certainly at a full dose. So I'll still take it from time to time, but typically at 1/2 dose.

    in my mid 40's and I usually double the dose but I am not stim sensitive either

    Unfortunately, I too love my pre-w/o too and I'll use bonkaid for ephedrine(anyone know anything stronger )

    I like it! Not as much caffein but that's probably better anyway. 2 scoops and 30 minutes later was ready to go. Great mental focus and gives me plenty of energy. Pump was good and it turned me red

    Defo good focus... I figured you'd do 2scoops but meant to say bring it if you weren't sure(that's what I did lol) - that's like my norm or more -- that niacin flush turns ya red lol

    I'm heading in for chest and maybe delts or just chest I'm not to sure(my body is still sore from traps and back)we will see

    The past few years I get very edgy and feel chest tightness and even sharp pains when taking ECA or even pre wo. Sometimes it's non existent and sometimes I have this awful strung out and paranoid feeling.

    Used to absolutely love it in my 20s. I even drove myself to the ER a few years back convinced I was having a heart attack. Got hooked up to the EKG and the ER tech had to bend down and get in my face and said, "listen to me, you are NOT having a heart attack" in order to calm me down.

    Also, this just started the past couple years, and has only happened a few times, but there's been times where I've taken pre wo and minutes later I had this painful rash break out on my face, back, ass, and legs. It was specifically NO Explode that did this. No Bueno.





    Wasn't cool.

    Surely not cool!

    You know sometimes if I'm done my w/o and am still feeling it... I've felt that paranoid feeling... I hate that more than anything, too Igi! It's very slight or if I missed a dose of my anti seizure meds :/. Which I'm sure Is not good at all!

    I've gotten that paranoid feeling after running the pre as well. I'm used to it now and just tell myself to knock it off! The shatter is good still feeling great and really like the fact it has half the caffein. I messed up and grabbed a tub of cherry lime... I thought it would be terrible but it wasn't bad

    Yeah this one seems much better on that carry over to the paranoia(haven't gotten it from shatter)

    Ooh I did that b4 and The brand I had was horrible tasting lol - good thing it's just a chug lol
