Anytime Slim.. You can spend a lot on a cooker if you want ready rice all the time (there are some expensive ones that will keep rice good and warm round-the-clock). But a decent one for 20 or 30 bucks will keep it good for about 24 hours and then you should throw it away, but it cooks rice well just the same.

Cool. I'll post pics tonight of the NACH special. I think I may put a little Igi twist on it though. I'm thinking ground turkey instead of beef, maybe some cilantro. Probably will grill up a steak too.

    Ok here it is:

London broil - rare, and ground turkey jasmine rice, which was outstanding if I do say so myself.

    Here's the recipe:

    2.5 cups jasmine rice
4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 lb browned ground turkey
Chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and lemon zest to taste. I used about 1/2 lemon

I wake up twice each night and eat something cause I'm so hungry. My diet is going to suck cause the tren and mast are going to make me even more hungry

I've run cycles where I've done that as well - wake up either intentionally or unintentionally to down a shake, BCAAs, take a wiz, and then back to bed.

I thought it actually made a notable difference.

Sirloin is definitely the best bang for the buck. Affordable, lean, good on the grill, broil or bake.

    Yesterday's w/o

So guys im working on light shoulder presses concentrating on my R arm being in line with my left... Training partials as well as getting spotted for 5+ forced reps all onto negs - this I could never do unolaterally as we are hitting all these angles I could never do alone(not even partials) it's slow and steady but I know it will open up pulling my DELTS back into place and making my back much thicker!

All ex's had forced reps into negatives

    Pre-Exhaust tris into Delts
    Stretching RCs rolling

Palms facing - rolling elbows back then exploding up S/S'd w/Rev grip bench
    Warm ups
4 x each 20/15 or failure first then forced into negs - keeping R arm in line with L

seated behind head rope ext's(coming to complete stop then firing up)/S/S'd w/DB behind head press(partials due to ROM) but was able to lock out
    Warm ups
4 x 15/20 respectively or failure first and forced teps + negs

Lying one arm KB skull crushers S/S'd into palms up rotating in on negative and external rotation up locking out
3w 10/10 or failure first with forced reps into negs

lying rope(tied thru KB) behind head ext's coming to full stop then making sure R Arm fired w/Left arm/ S/S'd Swiss bar skulls(to neck then up locking out like a table top
4x 10/10 or failure first then forced reps into negs

    KB front raises(one each hand)
4x 15 or failure then partials into no movement

Light presses w/Swiss bar(hammer grip) locking out trying to externally rotate shoulders
4x 20 or failure into partials into no movement
    almostgone and clarky. like this.

It sucks we took her in on Monday and they said it was just viral and had to run it's course it's been a rough spring break for her. Taking her back in at 2 today hope they can get this figured out. 6 days of running a fever is to long!

Sorry to respond to an older post but felt this was worth sharing. I take a bunch of lean chicken breast and throw the, in a crock pot or slow cooker. I then pour sodium-free or low sodium chicken broth to cover them and add some spices. Cook on low for 7-8 hours and the chicken shreds with a fork it's so soft.

I do the same with lean flank steak and beef broth - 8 hours on that.

Give it a try and thank me later!
