At one point I was forced to train mornings. It was do it in the am or don't do it at all, and that's just not gonna happen. I loved it I didn't have any problems at work or anything. Only reason I quit was my evenings cleared up and I got tired of waking up so damn early. I'm trying to get back in that morning routine but it's tough.

4oz egg whites 2 whole eggs 2 pieces of plain toast
Biceps ez dB curls 4 sets to failure semi heavy dropped weight 5 times and did 4 more failure sets each time. Bis were dead afterwards.

Down another lb this morning which is great. A lot more work to go but it's coming along nicely. Mentally preparing myself for legs tomorrow. My gym has sh!t for equipment only the basics which is annoying but enough to get the job done. About a few days away from telling my boss to kiss my ass and I'm done. Put in a few applications today and hoping I hear something soon. Got a new bottle of tren today since other bottle crashed. Prepped food for tomorrow and about to get some rest.
