    Killer arm workout today. Felt really good. Concentrated on form and negatives. Arms were throbbing just after first set!

    No cardio after, walked 3.3 miles at work today.

    what makes morning training so bad? I personally found it better for me but it sure is hard sometimes getting motivated lol...

    Stretching RC ex's warmed up with some full body movements(toes under a pad dropping hips and exploding up w/plate)
    Low back/glutes/& hammies

    Cable pull thru's S/S'd w/DB squat into a high row thrusting hips forward
    4 x 25/15-20 respectively

    DB Lunges into good mornings S/S'd one leg hip thrusters(15 3sec hold --> into 15 body weight)
    4x 15/15(3sec hold-->+15more) I puked after this felt much better lol
    ^^ **sequence was the other way around - pre-exhaust(hip thrusters into the lunges into good mornings

    Rev leg lifts(hips off table) - 150#(looks like a torture device lol) S/S'd into weighted hypers
    4x 15/20 respectively

    Deads Fvk me this hurt 30sec in between sets
    3x 135/3
    3x 225/3
    3x 315/5
    3x 225/8

    Stiff legged deads
    3x 225/12

    Fvking done/tore up and I love it - great session ... My mind wasn't there tho - got spck b4 w/o and during
    Sinus infection and migraine now time to rest and EAT!

    At one point I was forced to train mornings. It was do it in the am or don't do it at all, and that's just not gonna happen. I loved it I didn't have any problems at work or anything. Only reason I quit was my evenings cleared up and I got tired of waking up so damn early. I'm trying to get back in that morning routine but it's tough.

    Biceps ez dB curls 4 sets to failure semi heavy dropped weight 5 times and did 4 more failure sets each time. Bis were dead afterwards.

    Down another lb this morning which is great. A lot more work to go but it's coming along nicely. Mentally preparing myself for legs tomorrow. My gym has sh!t for equipment only the basics which is annoying but enough to get the job done. About a few days away from telling my boss to kiss my ass and I'm done. Put in a few applications today and hoping I hear something soon. Got a new bottle of tren today since other bottle crashed. Prepped food for tomorrow and about to get some rest.     Killer Bio! You ever do wall sits w/weight or a SSB(safety squat bar - spider bar) that for 60-90sec which weighs about 90+ lbs is a fvkin killer lol - I collapsed in the cage the other day doing them lol
