New job going great, I love it so far. Take for granted it's only 2 but I can tell I'm going to like it. Eating is going be to be great again. I'll eat like I'm supposed to every 3 hours. I won't have a boss around which is nice. Iron gym right beside work!

I'll be making a bit more money so I'm considering joining iron gym and keeping anytime fitness membership which is by my house. Anytime sucks but it's close to my house. We shall see how it unfolds. My cut is coming along amazing. My weight has slowly come off, haven't lost but 10 but the mirror looks awesome. I can definitely tell I'm shredding fat and keeping muscle. The scales playing mind games with me but like I said I know I'm cutting the fat, the scales just not showing it like I'd like it too

Seated BB curls(over lap) S/S'd into DB hammers
Failing b4 10 RP x2 each set(dropping reps a lot)/failing b4 8 RPing then into partiaks and zero movement
Rope hammers
One set(stacked 8-10) then dropped all the way to 40 by 10 lbs each set teps went down to 2 full and partiaks into zero movement

Hanging leg raises x 6 all to failures then into knees up - core is sore

What size guage do yall use? I've always used 23g, but wanted something a bit slimmer. 25g ok?
