I shoot w/a 25g draw w/21 or 23g you can use an 18g to draw too - the 25g is great as it creates less scar tissue(smaller gauge syringe)

    Eggs greens steak
    Turkey MB/rice/peppers spinach wrap
    Acai bowl w/granola and banana

I like the 25 as well because it naturally creates a slower injection leaving me with less pip

Draw with a 22g and inject with a 25g. I used to inject with a 22g always. Now I couldn't even think about doing it.

I don't notice much difference between 25 and 23 other than the oil pushes easier

I would use a 25g... and have before but if you come across a thick oil..... It's a huge pain in the ass. I actually ran out of pins a couple weeks ago and someone gave me a couple 25g's to hold me over. It took twice as long to inject. I find that I end up pushing harder and this causes the oil to come out at a stronger rate of that makes any sense. I almost feel it go in as apposed to the 23g.

There's really no difference in pain. Most of my injects with the 23g are completely painless. Like when the doctor does em

I pin delts, tri's, and pecs. Will be hitting bi's this go around when I get back on.

Ive been pinning pecs too... I agree that it's a slower inject w/the 25g but I too, push harder - I actually use my thumb when hitting quads... But I like as Bio stated when running prop it's a major difference than a 23g as far as pip!

Ate so much today - gotta get more water down - I'm home early - 7am to 10pm today... Back at it at 8am tomorrow! Flipped two more members into clients todaY... My one client is on HRT - Watson or Pfizer cyp(200mg/ml) we're trading services lol I want his pharma gear

    Arms blaster of a session
    - Hammers heavy to failure
    - CC's to failure w/one arm giving 5+ forced reps into negs
    - Lying short straight bar cables(elbows straight up 90* curling to forehead) slow tempo(4-2-4)

    - Palms facing floor press locking out hard Heavy
    - Rope over smith machine(starting at lowest point getting head under bar) TD by bringing up bar to next notch - all to failure & beyond
    - lying EZ bar tri ext - big stretch hard lock out
    - lying skull crushers - arms angled back and big stretch - hitting failure then dropped

40 min done and tore the Fvk up lol

All I have ever pinned is quads. I don't feel comfortable anywhere else. I can't imagine pinning my tris with a 23 guage or anywhere else for that matter but I know eventually I'll have to try somewhere else. I don't want to build any scar tissue in my legs.
