Had a cheat day yesterday
Went out with a new gal - she's amazingly hot(and 10yrs older) I love my Cougars
Double scoop of ice cream(milk choc malt omg)
Sausage tratolle w/garlic bread & a side Caesar salad
Pad Thai
And some baked dough w/chicken/& or pork inside - mango jello stuff lol was great all in under two hrs lol
Now - 6HB eggs/coffee(double shot) whole wheat waffles

Just added low dose deca to my protocol.... Filling me out and also helping the joints!! Glad to see you posting in here, Tec) keep it coming man - I've been bulking non stop so if I'm not posting all my meals it's b/c I'm super busy all day(been working 12-16 hr/days at the gym - but it's surely paying off as my clientele quadrupled in the last month! Waiting in some high level athletes to start working with(1 is 5x a wk - other is 3x wk) 30+ sessions monthly!
Keep us updated I here man... You can do a wkly update of more often if you'd like! I'm definitely interested in your gains!
