Hey @BioActive I am not sure if you remember this but I wanted to say thanks for pointing me in the right direction back in the end of January about switching up my training and to start cutting instead of continuing to bulk. I didn't realize how big I was around the stomach and how much better I would look/feel now that I have lost a lot of fat. (I still am not at the bf% I want to be but I have made some slow progress)
I would've made some better progress but I was actually eating too little and doing too much cardio for over a month+ (I know that sounds crazy but its true) The scale stopped moving, and I actually tried eating even less and adding 5-10 minutes to my cardio 4-5 times a week and i GAINED weight! Lol. Now I have found a happy medium by eating more/less cardio and the scale is moving in the right direction again. I have maintained my strength (even gone up some on certain lifts).
Just wanted to say thanks for setting me straight by telling me what I needed to hear and not being a jerk about it. I really appreciate it.
P.S.: Anyone who wants to give a BF% estimate on my current pic would be appreciated. Thanks

The thing that sucks is once I started doing cardio, my back/chest/shoulders starting blowing up with Acne (you can see some on my chest in my current pic)
I have heard of a lot of people on this site using Nizoral shampoo as a body wash and it has helped them with acne. Can I buy the Nizoral over the counter stuff to do the trick? Or do I need the prescription strength Nizoral 2% to make a difference? Thanks

The acne is usually caused from the influx of androgens. I don't get hardly any anymore as long as I am not running mast. What your current cycle and doses?
