I agree with IM your body will like the rest. Take the time off cause you will bounce right back after your healed up

Thx guys I need to hear it sometimes b/c when we try to push too hard too fast it'll get worse and your set back further and so on.
I was thinking the same thing / and last time I went up to 210+(212 and couldn't hold yet) I wasn't eating enough - but hopefully it was b/c of this infection of some sorts and just hoping it's hasn't spread but I've not heard anything and they've done the tests so crossing my fingers

So one specialist down(doesn't think I need surgery) but one more to go w/the surgeon... This will determine my fate of having to go back under the knife... I'm crossing my fingers but if the surgery will make me stronger after it may be an easy decision!

Thx Bio and IM & others it surely means a lot! I was really enjoying the PLing aspect of this program and I think all the pressure that builds internally I may not be able to do lol - we'll see if mesh would help as I've said its soft there from them removing it before so I'm wondering if trying to put it back in would help... It did help but it got infected as my body rejected it... They had lots of recalls so we'll see! Probably not till this wk but I'll keep you all updated!
