Just been gettin' back into HIT w/a slightly higher rep range atm due to my shoulder not being strengthened enough to go 4-12 but it sure is helping!

Just got training training back and calves. I'm doing 40 minutes of cardio and then done. Reducing training days to four ew now. Sat and sun mornings with tue and thurs nights. It's a nice change and works out well with my daughter sports practices
