    I ate everything in sight during the middle of the night... Wow I even had to thru the trash to find out what and how much I ate lol

    Posting w/o from yesterday....

    What's up fellas

    Trainer had us max out on big three... I held back on the bench as its not a good idea for me and my shoulder

    So as you all know I don't use any BB for chest and haven't in over a decade... Was quite surprised on what I was able to do without over doing it and pushing too hard - I told myself no reason to hurt yourself and get set backed further...

    So here goes it.,.,

    BB Flat Bench - PL comp style paused then press(actually had a guy yelling push when we were ready after our pause
    315 went up pretty easy but didn't want to push it any further...

    Deadlift
    455 - I know... I need to work on this - plus it was my first time deading since my surgery lol

    Squat - PL comp style(hip crease paused.... Lift! Green
    405

    So these numbers aren't in any way my best but it's something I can know work off of and work on - need to get my legs stronger and bigger... Hence me moving them up to first in the rotation

    So all in all I was decently happy with the weight as I've not done any of those since my last surgery(+ the 2.5 months I was out of the gym) and even longer w/BB bench - I know these numbers will surely go up(rather quickly I believe now that I can start pushing again... But training smart is the key!

    yes on arm day I think those super sets are great but when training the big three I just stick to the one muscle group

    Right! I used to do my arms like that - got away from it... But been using it with a few clientele and they're responding very well to it... Gonna switch things around and on my next fill in day I'm going to blast my arms this way - I'll let you know how she goes
