Not much to work with pre WO and Post. Some coffee etc pre and yogurt mixed with blue and strawberries and bananas. sucatash mixed with some skinned chicken. And a glass of milk...2%. This was after an at home leg session using a bowflex and body weight super sets. HIIT and HIT style....working with the scraps I have at that moment. God provides. And God is great.

A little aerobic or cardio ..whatever you call it when you cut down trees all day, cut them up, load em and unload..day after leg day and my legs aren't even sore..must be that one dose of prop when i was attempting a cycle but had to stop. It's like the hulk eliqsire for me even at low doses
