Ok so rather the cross fit or whatever approach it is when you hit a tire with a sledge hammer. I like more real life applicable options. Such as bashing steel wedges into hardwoods, rolling and flipping huge 2.5' diameter log sections as well as deadlifting them into a pickup truck. Takes a toll on the lower back since the size and shape of the logs it's hard to get under them and squat straight up without doing a sudo straight leg deadlift. Either way...that happened. And finished it off with a burger or two. Didn't eat much at all today. Wish I could. So I boiled like 7 eggs and ate them. For lunch prior to that was just 2 whole eggs fried in olive oil. Yessir Attachment 165266 some burgers I grilled and I'm thawing out some salmon burgers for tomorrow's possible weight training session..Attachment 165267
