    Daughter has double header softball this morning then we travel 1 hr 45 minutes for a soccer game then have to be back in town for city league softball by 5. Gonna be a fast Sunday!!!

    Atlis stone lifts in my EARTH GYM (no gym pass)
    Supplemented with hard wood Maple round log sections.
    I say Atlis stone because it reminds me of the Strong man competitions Atlis stone lifts. Big awkward grip and deep squat to dead lift movement and turns into a Lower back lift after lifted half way and rested on knees sometimes.
    Two truck loads followed up with this
