Atlis stone lifts in my EARTH GYM (no gym pass)
Supplemented with hard wood Maple round log sections.
I say Atlis stone because it reminds me of the Strong man competitions Atlis stone lifts. Big awkward grip and deep squat to dead lift movement and turns into a Lower back lift after lifted half way and rested on knees sometimes.
