I love it. It's gets annoying though, sitting on the toilet or the steps..a curb even at the time when I was training hard. If I bent my legs a little to much on the walnut the gym even. I'd collapse. Love it...
PS: on cycle do you get as sore as you would naturally. Or does it just not last as long cuz of fast recovery. Cuz my legs will literally be sore as heck for about 4-5good days natural . Starting real bad on the 2nd day after leg day..
