    LEG DAY coming up..and it will be glorious. And VERY EXTREME. Mr BIO hazard and NACH. Lol those names put together sound like a classic match up. Like jay and silent bob or Abercrombie and Fitch lol. No offense on that last comparison. Lol. Just like cookies and milk or peas and carrots

    I love it. It's gets annoying though, sitting on the toilet or the steps..a curb even at the time when I was training hard. If I bent my legs a little to much on the walnut the gym even. I'd collapse. Love it...
    PS: on cycle do you get as sore as you would naturally. Or does it just not last as long cuz of fast recovery. Cuz my legs will literally be sore as heck for about 4-5good days natural . Starting real bad on the 2nd day after leg day..

    ya if I work my legs right they get real sore the second day and are close to recovered by day 5-6

    Haha it makes the eggs taste more like pancakes than sour cream. If you get the eggs a little brown then sour cream takes on a sweet taste when caramelized.

    Just trying to help because I know when you eat eggs as often as we do things can get monotonous.
