Nice leg session. Dude. I to will be in some good pain next few days. After my earth gym leg session. I increased the Intensity as well cuz last week I did the same session and wasn't as broke down as before. Added a few more sets and reps. Little less rest inbetween the one leg squats and the incline lunges.

I can't find the thread with the topic. But I read Read the last comment ghat nach made about someone trying to really activate their lower lats when doing rows. Opposed to having the biceps playing a big role.
You said also try rotating your elbows Inward which is awesome. I notice that before I even row my arms back fully to where my lower lats activate most if I rotate my elbows inward at any area of the row I see my lower lats flex and activate
Great tip along with picturing a string pulling the elbows back and ur arms are the hooks or cracking the nut between ur shoulder blades. I like the elbows rotated in comment. Makes sure they activate on demand

Hammer strength chest 2 warm sets 2 working sets 8 reps past fail
Incline press same as above
Incline db flies same again now I'm spent nothing in the tank but did done cable crossovers to just finish off
45 minutes cardio and headed home for dinner
