    DAM! just got done doing my arms in my basement.So I walk over to my dehumitifier and grab the bucket.Now it only has about a inch of water in it.BUT WAM! I pull my back out and it dont feel so good.

    Sorry I haven't been in here at all... had some things to tend to. Diet has been good recently... I fell off for few wks, probs with the shoulder... but I'm really trying to get my mind right and keep it right!

    Getting my BF back down a little as well... can't wait to really get back in the gym to push!
